Honey Onion Sauce

Ingredients

- ¼ cup Oil
- ½ teaspoon Garlic (finely minced)
- 3 large Onion
- ¾ cup Beef stock
- 1½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1½ tablespoon Honey
- 4 teaspoon Cider vinegar
Instructions
- Add the garlic & onions, saute', stir frequently and cook for 20 mins.
- Add the stock, raise the heat to high and cook for approx. 7 mins until the liquid is reduced by 1/2.
- Add the mustard, honey, & vinegar, reduce heat to med-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat & allow to sit for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm but not hot.
- This is a popular sauce in the Ukraine and is great on all meats.
