Honey Orange Chicken

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 1 tablespoon Margarine
  • ½ teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Frozen OJ concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Combine honey, OJ, zest, garlic, salt and pepper flakes.
  2. In skillet, heat oil and margarine.
  3. Add breasts and cook 4 minutes, turn and cook another 4 minutes.
  4. Pour honey mixture over chicken and cook until thickened.
  5. Coat both sides of chicken with honey mixture.
  6. Serve with sauce spooned over breasts.
