Horsey Tomato Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon Horseradish
  • ½ cup Tomato (fresh, chopped)
  • ½ tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Tarragon (fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine all in processor until smooth.
  2. Makes about 1 1/2 cups
