Jacqui's BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 medium Onion (diced)
- 1 cup Water
- 1½ cup Ketchup
- 2 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 24 ounce Tomato juice
- 2 tablespoon Yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoon Salt
- 4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup Cider vinegar
Instructions
- Put contents thru sieve. Reserve the liquid and discard the solids.
- Whisk mustard with Worcestshire, add to pot.
