A creamy, chilled dip loaded with chopped shrimp, celery, scallions, and a spicy kick from jalapenos.

- 1 1/2 pounds Shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
- 3 Celery stalks, finely diced
- 6 Scallions (green onions), minced
- 2 large Pickled jalapenos, finely chopped
- 16 ounces (2 packages) Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Pickled jalapeno juice (from the jar)
- Crackers, tortilla chips, or vegetable sticks for serving
Instructions
- Ensure the cooked shrimp and pickled jalapenos are finely chopped.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and pickled jalapeno juice. Stir until smooth.
- Add the finely chopped shrimp, diced celery, minced scallions, and finely chopped jalapenos to the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetable sticks.
Tips
Make sure the cream cheese is well softened for easier mixing. For best flavor, use small or medium shrimp.
