Japanese Golden Shrimp

Ingredients

- 20 large Shrimp (raw, peeled)
- ½ cup Sake
- 2 ounce Miso (white)
- ¼ cup Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce (dark)
Instructions
- Add shrimp, cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
- Place shrimp on cookie sheet and brush sauce on each shrimp.
- Broil shrimp until sauce turns brown, basting several times.
