Japanese Golden Shrimp

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 20 large Shrimp (raw, peeled)
  • ½ cup Sake
  • 2 ounce Miso (white)
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce (dark)

Instructions

  1. Add shrimp, cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Place shrimp on cookie sheet and brush sauce on each shrimp.
  4. Broil shrimp until sauce turns brown, basting several times.
