Jim’s Carolina Vinegar Sauce

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • ½ cup Red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup White wine vinegar
  • ½ cup V8 juice
  • ½ cup Honey mustard
  • ⅛ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅛ cup Onion flakes
  • ⅛ cup Garlic flakes
  • ⅛ cup Brown sugar (dark)
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 3 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Do not let this boil!
  2. Let cool and store in 1 quart jar in fridge....the longer the better.
