- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Butter, softened
- 0.25 teaspoon Seasoned salt (e.g., Lawry's)
- 0.125 teaspoon Paprika
- 4 teaspoons Onion, finely diced
- 4 teaspoons Green bell pepper, minced
- 0.25 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 6 ounces Crab meat, picked over for shells
- Crackers, tortilla chips, or bread (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and softened butter together until smooth.
- Blend in the seasoned salt and paprika.
- Stir in the finely diced onion, minced green pepper, shredded mozzarella cheese, and crab meat until just combined.
- Spread the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish (like a small pie plate or gratin dish).
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges.

Tips
