Kevi's Baked Beans

Ingredients

- 2 pound Navy beans
- ½ pound Bacon
- 1 small Onion (minced)
- 1 can Tomato soup
- 1 can Water
- 1 cup Brown sugar (light)
- ¼ cup Molasses
- 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar
Instructions
- Kevi's Baked Beans
- Soak beans over night.
- Drain and boil in fresh water until tender.
- Cook Bacon. Set aside.
- Add beans and let stand overnight.
- Bake at 300 for 3 hours. Stir once or twice. Add bacon to top and bake another 30 min.
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
