Mac and Cheese

  Ingredients

      - 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon each (nutmeg, white pepper, cayenne pepper)
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375.
- Over medium heat, heat milk. Melt butter and when bubbles, add flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour milk into roux, mixing constantly and cook until thick and bubbling.
- Remove from heat and add the spices and the cheeses.
- Combine cheese mixture and macaroni and pour into prepared baking pan.
- Top with bread crumbs and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
