Magic Steak Dip

Ingredients

• 1 pound light brown sugar
• 2 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
• 2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• ⅓ cup prepared mustard
• 2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Instructions

1. To use, pour a small amount of the dip in a nonporous baking dish and dip the steaks into it, coating both sides well. Marinate for about 30 minutes before cooking, turning often. Grill or broil to desired degree of doneness.
