Make Me Growl Steak

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon Butter (softened)
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper (coarsely ground)
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 4 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 teaspoon Brown sugar (light)
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub paste onto the steaks, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
  2. Allow steaks to warm to room temp.
  3. Grill to desired doneness.
  4. Top with butter and serve.
