Maple Morning Sausage

Ingredients

- 1 pound Pork (ground)
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1½ tablespoon Kosher salt
- ¾ teaspoon Sage (dried)
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom seeds
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Ginger
- ¼ teaspoon Mace
- ¼ teaspoon Dill weed
Instructions
- Mix dry spices.
- Sprinkle over pork, add syrup and mix thouroughly.
- Allow to age overnight or up to 2 days.
