Maple Morning Sausage

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 1 pound Pork (ground)
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • tablespoon Kosher salt
  • ¾ teaspoon Sage (dried)
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon Mace
  • ¼ teaspoon Dill weed

Instructions

  1. Mix dry spices.
  2. Sprinkle over pork, add syrup and mix thouroughly.
  3. Allow to age overnight or up to 2 days.
