      - 3 pound Pork Loin
- ⅔ cup Maple syrup
- 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon Cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce (light)
Instructions
- Tip: You may need to add some liquid to your pan while this is roasting.
- If grilling:
- Marinate overnight. Reserve marinade and boil. Baste often while grilling.
