Mexican Hot Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 large Onion (chopped)
- 2 clove Garlic (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon Chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon Coriander powder
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- 3 cup Tomato (fresh, chopped)
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon Red wine (dry)
Instructions
- Add spices and mix thoroughly.
- Add tomatoes, water, paste and wine.
- Simmer for minimum 30 minutes, but several hours is even better.
