Mom's Christmas Fudge

Serves 8

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • cup Sugar
  • 1 large can Evaporated milk
  • ¼ pound Butter
  • 12 ounce Hershey bar
  • 12 ounce Chocolate chips
  • 7 ounce Marshmallow cream

Instructions

  1. Makes about 5 pounds.
  2. Boil butter, milk and sugar for 6 minutes in heavy pan.
  3. Pour into buttered pan and cut just before cool.

Tips

Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results.
