Mushroom and Crab Chowder

Ingredients

- ½ pound Mushrooms (fresh, chopped)
- ¼ cup Celery (minced)
- 1 small Onion (minced)
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- ¼ cup Flour
- 2 teaspoon Seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon White pepper
- 2 cup Milk
- 2 cup Half and Half
- 2 medium Potato (cooked and cubed)
- ½ teaspoon Dill weed
- 12 ounce Crabmeat (flaked)
Instructions
- Add milk and H&H.
- Cook until mixture thickens, strring often.
- Stir in potatoes, crab meat and dillweed.
- Cook until heated through.
