Mushroom and Crab Chowder

Serves 8

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • ½ pound Mushrooms (fresh, chopped)
  • ¼ cup Celery (minced)
  • 1 small Onion (minced)
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon White pepper
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 cup Half and Half
  • 2 medium Potato (cooked and cubed)
  • ½ teaspoon Dill weed
  • 12 ounce Crabmeat (flaked)

Instructions

  1. Add milk and H&H.
  2. Cook until mixture thickens, strring often.
  3. Stir in potatoes, crab meat and dillweed.
  4. Cook until heated through.
