OJ Basted Pork Tenderloin

- ¼ cup Soy sauce (dark)
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- 2 clove Garlic (mashed)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger (fresh, chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Oregano (dried)
- slice pork and serve with remaining marinade.
Instructions
- Reserve marinade and place in small pan. Add 3/4 OJ and bring to boil.
- Grill pork and mop with heated marinade, making sure to reserve enough to serve with pork. Bring pork to about 150º and then tent with foil and rest for 10 minutes.
- While pork is resting, add 2 Tbs of butter to marinade and continue simmering until ready to serve.
- Slice pork and serve with remaining marinade.
