Orange Pork

- 1 pound Pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce (dark)
- 2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon Asian chili sauce
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce (dark)
- 3 tablespoon Orange juice
- ΒΌ cup Triple Sec
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Orange peel
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (finely minced)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger (fresh)
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Water
Instructions
- Cut pork into 1" cubes and combine with egg white, 1 TBS cornstarch, 1 TBS water and 1 TBS Soy sauce.
- For the seasoning sauce, combine hoisin, asian chili sauce, 2 TBS soy sauce, orange juice, Triple Sec and sugar. Set aside.
- Heat oil in wok and stir fry pork pieces. Set aside.
- Julienne orange peel and cube green pepper.
- Add more oil to wok and fry orange peel for 30 seconds. Add garlic and ginger. Add peppers and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Return pork and any juices to wok, add seasoning sauce and bring to boil. Stir together 1 tsp cornstarch and 1 TBS water and drizzle into wok. Boil until thickened.
