Highly addictive oyster crackers coated in a savory blend of ranch dressing mix, dill, garlic, and lemon pepper.
Ingredients

- 2 packages (10 ounce each) Oyster crackers
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil (or other neutral oil)
- 1 package (usually 1 oz) Ranch dressing mix, dry
- 1 teaspoon Dill weed, dried
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
- In a small jar or bowl with a lid, combine the oil, dry ranch dressing mix, dill weed, garlic powder, and lemon pepper seasoning.
- Secure the lid and shake the jar vigorously (or whisk in the bowl) until the seasonings are well combined with the oil.
- Place the oyster crackers in a large paper bag or a large bowl with a lid.
- Pour the oil and seasoning mixture evenly over the oyster crackers.
- Close the bag securely or put the lid on the bowl.
- Shake the bag/bowl well for a minute or two, rotating it to ensure all the crackers get coated evenly.
- Let the coated crackers sit for at least 15-20 minutes (or longer) to allow the oil and seasonings to absorb before serving.
- Store in an airtight container.
Tips
Shaking in a paper bag works well to absorb any excess oil. Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your liking – add a pinch of cayenne for heat if desired.
