Paella

Ingredients

- 4 tablespoon Salad oil
- 2½ pound Chicken breasts (cubed)
- 2 medium Onion (chopped)
- 16 ounce Tomato (stewed)
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 12 ounce Saffron rice
- 3 cup Chicken broth
- 1 package Peas (frozen)
- 8 ounce Shrimp
- 1 cup uncooked regular rice and 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric or a pinch of saffron.
Instructions
- Add Chicken. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
- Add shrimp and peas. Cook another 10 minutes.
- Substitute for saffron rice -
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
