Paella

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon Salad oil
  • pound Chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 2 medium Onion (chopped)
  • 16 ounce Tomato (stewed)
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 12 ounce Saffron rice
  • 3 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 package Peas (frozen)
  • 8 ounce Shrimp
  • 1 cup uncooked regular rice and 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric or a pinch of saffron.

Instructions

  1. Add Chicken. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Add shrimp and peas. Cook another 10 minutes.
  3. Substitute for saffron rice -
