Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

- 1 pound Shrimp (raw, peeled)
- 8 ounce Pasta
- ⅛ cup Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (finely minced)
- 28 ounce Tomato (diced)
- ¼ cup White wine (dry)
- ⅛ cup Parsely (fresh)
- 2 teaspoon Basil (dried)
- 3 tablespoon Parsley (fresh, chopped)
Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes over medium heat...don't burn it.
- Add shrimp and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add tomatoes, basil, wine and parsley. Simmer until liquid reduces by half.....about 12-15 minutes.
- Prepare pasta and drain.
- Add shrimp to skillet and heat through.
- Serve over pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
