Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 1 pound Shrimp (raw, peeled)
  • 8 ounce Pasta
  • cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (finely minced)
  • 28 ounce Tomato (diced)
  • ¼ cup White wine (dry)
  • cup Parsely (fresh)
  • 2 teaspoon Basil (dried)
  • 3 tablespoon Parsley (fresh, chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes over medium heat...don't burn it.
  2. Add shrimp and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add tomatoes, basil, wine and parsley. Simmer until liquid reduces by half.....about 12-15 minutes.
  4. Prepare pasta and drain.
  5. Add shrimp to skillet and heat through.
  6. Serve over pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
