Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 2 tablespoon Peppercorns
  • ½ tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • ½ tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Soak corned brisket for 2 hours.
  2. Rub this on the corned beef brisket.
  3. Wrap and let sit overnight.
  4. Slow cook brisket at 275º(uncovered) for about 1 1/2hr./lb.
  5. Meat temps need to be near 185º or above.
  6. Cut against the grain when serving
