Pea Soup

- 2 cup Split peas
- 1 pound Ham hocks (smoked)
- 1 medium Onion (chopped)
- 2 medium stalks Celery (minced)
- 1 sprig Parsely (fresh)
- ΒΌ teaspoon Pepper
- 2 medium Carrot (diced)
Instructions
- Add ham, onion, celery, parsley and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Add carrots. Simmer for 30 minutes or until constistency suits you.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
