Peanut Butter No-bakes

  • 2 cup Peanut butter (divided)
  • stick Butter (softened)
  • 2 cup Confectioner's sugar (divided)
  • 3 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 ounce Chocolate morsels (semi-sweet)

Instructions

  1. Peanut Butter No-bakes (Cakes, Cookies)
  2. 1 1/2 sticks Butter, softened
  3. Grease a 9" X 13" pan.
  4. Beat 1 1/4 cup of peanut butter with the butter until smooth and creamy.
  5. Gradually beat in 1 cup of powdered sugar.
  6. Using hands, work in remaining 1 cup of powdered sugar, the graham crumbs and 1/2 cup of the chocolate morsels.
  7. Press this mixture evenly into the pan and smooth the top.
  8. Melt remaining 3/4 cup peanut butter and the remaining chocolate chips until smooth.
  9. Pour over crust in the pan and cool for about an hour.

Tips

Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results. Press the graham cracker crust firmly into the pan for better stability. Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
