Peanut Butter No-bakes

- 2 cup Peanut butter (divided)
- 1½ stick Butter (softened)
- 2 cup Confectioner's sugar (divided)
- 3 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 12 ounce Chocolate morsels (semi-sweet)
Instructions
- Peanut Butter No-bakes (Cakes, Cookies)
- 1 1/2 sticks Butter, softened
- Grease a 9" X 13" pan.
- Beat 1 1/4 cup of peanut butter with the butter until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually beat in 1 cup of powdered sugar.
- Using hands, work in remaining 1 cup of powdered sugar, the graham crumbs and 1/2 cup of the chocolate morsels.
- Press this mixture evenly into the pan and smooth the top.
- Melt remaining 3/4 cup peanut butter and the remaining chocolate chips until smooth.
- Pour over crust in the pan and cool for about an hour.
Tips
Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results. Press the graham cracker crust firmly into the pan for better stability. Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
