Pie Crust

- 3 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 pound Lard
- 6 cup Flour (sifted)
Instructions
- 1 Egg(s), beaten
- Put the vinegar in a 1 cup measure and fill remainder with water.
- Beat egg in small bowl and add the water and vinegar mixture.
- In a large mixing bowl, cut the lard into the flour.
- Add the liquid and mix together.
- The less you handle the dough the better.
- When everything is completely combined, place in refrigerator until ready to use.
- This will make 2 pie crusts for use in any 9 inch pie recipe.
