Polenta

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • ½ cup cornmeal
  • cup water
  • 1⅝ cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix cornmeal with 3/8 cup water
  2. In sauce pan boil remaining water and then add cornmeal mixture.
  3. Cook until thick
  4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
