  Ingredients
        Scale:

      - ½ cup cornmeal
- ⅜ cup water
- 1⅝ cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix cornmeal with 3/8 cup water
- In sauce pan boil remaining water and then add cornmeal mixture.
- Cook until thick
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
