Pork Stir Fry

  • tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • tablespoon Soy sauce (dark)
  • 1 tablespoon Sherry
  • teaspoon Honey
  • pinch Five-spice powder

Instructions

  1. Fry pork and add marinade before serving.
  2. If you want a thicker sauce, thicken with 1TBS. water and 1 TBS. cornstarch.
