- 2½ tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1½ tablespoon Soy sauce (dark)
- 1 tablespoon Sherry
- 1½ teaspoon Honey
- pinch Five-spice powder
Instructions
- Fry pork and add marinade before serving.
- If you want a thicker sauce, thicken with 1TBS. water and 1 TBS. cornstarch.
