Porky Football Stew

Ingredients

- 1 large Onion (diced)
- 3 clove Garlic (crushed)
- ⅓ cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon White pepper
- 1 bottle Beer
- 2 cup Beef stock
- 3 tablespoon Cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoon Wine (red)
- ½ cup Coffee
- 4 large Potato (red)
Instructions
- Add the onions and the garlic and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the flour, allspice and both white and black peppers and cook for about 2 minutes making sure all the flour is absorbed.
- Add all the liquids and bring to boil making sure to scrape the bits from the bottom of the pan. Let this simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Cube the taters and the bell pepper. Cut carrots into coins about 1/2" thick.
- Add the veggies, bring to boil and simmer for a good hour.
- Taste and adjust for seasonings...you will need to add some salt.
