Pot Roast Gravy

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Onion flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish
  • cup Beef broth

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan and stir in dried onion and flour.
  2. Cook until bubbly and then stir in beef broth, horseradish and 1/2 tsp. salt.
  3. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
