Pot Roast Gravy

  Ingredients

      - 3 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Onion flakes
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish
- 1½ cup Beef broth
Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan and stir in dried onion and flour.
- Cook until bubbly and then stir in beef broth, horseradish and 1/2 tsp. salt.
- Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
