  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon White pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sage
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme (dried)
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano (dried)
  • ½ tablespoon Cumin

Instructions

  1. Mix and store. Makes about 1 cup.

Tips

This is about the best Chicken rub I make. I use it on my competition chicken.
