Pulled Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • pound Chicken breast
  • 4 cup Chicken broth
  • 13½ ounce Hot Pepper Jelly
  • ½ cup Orange marmalade
  • ¼ cup Cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Simmer uncovered for about 45 minutes.
  2. Remove chicken and let cool while continuing to simmer sauce for another 10 minutes or until it reduces and thickens.
  3. Shred chicken and return to sauce and reheat. Remove from heat and add sour cream.
  4. Serve on slider buns.

Tips

Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results.
