Pumpkin Pecan Crisp

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Box of moist yellow cake mix
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  3. Combine; pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Stir mixture until blended.
  5. Pour pumpkin mixture into 9X13 pan, evenly.
  6. Sprinkle with cake mix, evenly.
  7. Arrange pecan, evenly on top of cake mix.
  8. Pour evenly butter over pecans and cake topping.
  9. Bake in oven 60 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Tip:
  11. If you do not have evaporated milk,
  12. use sweetened condensed milk but omit the sugar.

Tips

Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
