Pumpkin Pecan Crisp

- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
- Box of moist yellow cake mix
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Combine; pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Stir mixture until blended.
- Pour pumpkin mixture into 9X13 pan, evenly.
- Sprinkle with cake mix, evenly.
- Arrange pecan, evenly on top of cake mix.
- Pour evenly butter over pecans and cake topping.
- Bake in oven 60 minutes or until golden brown.
- Tip:
- If you do not have evaporated milk,
- use sweetened condensed milk but omit the sugar.
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
