Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

- 1 pound Rhubarb (diced)
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- ½ cup Sugar (granulated)
- ½ stick Butter
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup Corn flakes (crushed)
- ½ cup Flour
Instructions
- Dice rhubarb and combine with 1 TBL flour and 1/2 cup white sugar.
- Mix well and place in pie shell.
- Melt the butter and combine with brown sugar, flour and cornflakes.
- Mix well and place on top of rhubarb filling and pat down.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Turn off oven and leave pie in for another hour.
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
