Sesame Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breasts (cubed)
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sesame oil
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce (dark)
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sherry (dry)

Instructions

  1. Add corn starch and mix well.
  2. Heat enough oil in wok to fry chicken.
  3. Deep fry chicken and pour off oil keeping 1 tablespoon in wok.
  4. Heat oil and add ginger, garlic, sesame oil and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add sauce mix and stir until thickened.
  6. Add chicken and heat through.
