Sesame Chicken

- 1 pound Chicken breasts (cubed)
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- ½ teaspoon Ginger
- ½ teaspoon Garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sesame oil
- ½ cup Chicken broth
- 3 tablespoon Soy sauce (dark)
- 4 tablespoon Sugar
- 4 tablespoon White vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sherry (dry)
Instructions
- Add corn starch and mix well.
- Heat enough oil in wok to fry chicken.
- Deep fry chicken and pour off oil keeping 1 tablespoon in wok.
- Heat oil and add ginger, garlic, sesame oil and cook until fragrant.
- Add sauce mix and stir until thickened.
- Add chicken and heat through.
