Shrimp deJonghe

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • pound Shrimp
  • cup Cracker crumbs (bacon flavored)
  • cup Butter (unsalted)
  • 2 tablespoon Chives (fresh, chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper (coarsely ground)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and add the chives, garlic and pepper.
  2. Dip shrimp into this butter mixture and then coat with the crumbs.
  3. Place in baking dish.
  4. Add remaining crumbs into the butter mixture.
  5. Pour butter and crumb mixture over top of shrimp.
  6. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

Tips

Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
