Shrimp deJonghe

- 1½ pound Shrimp
- 1½ cup Cracker crumbs (bacon flavored)
- ⅔ cup Butter (unsalted)
- 2 tablespoon Chives (fresh, chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper (coarsely ground)
Instructions
- Melt butter and add the chives, garlic and pepper.
- Dip shrimp into this butter mixture and then coat with the crumbs.
- Place in baking dish.
- Add remaining crumbs into the butter mixture.
- Pour butter and crumb mixture over top of shrimp.
- Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
