Sour Cream Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Flour (all-purpose)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 large Egg (beaten)
  • cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. 4 Banana(s), mashed
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350º.
  3. Place sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla in mixer bowl. Beat on medium for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add banana's and sour cream and mix until combined.
  5. Pour into greased loaf pan and cook for 55-65 mins.
  6. Cool and remove from pan after 10 mins. Continue cooling on a wire rack.

Tips

Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results. Use fresh, ripe fruit for the best flavor.
