Sour Cream Banana Bread

- 2 cup Flour (all-purpose)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 large Egg (beaten)
- ⅓ cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- 4 Banana(s), mashed
- Pre-heat oven to 350º.
- Place sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla in mixer bowl. Beat on medium for about 2 minutes.
- Add banana's and sour cream and mix until combined.
- Pour into greased loaf pan and cook for 55-65 mins.
- Cool and remove from pan after 10 mins. Continue cooling on a wire rack.
Tips
Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results. Use fresh, ripe fruit for the best flavor.
