Steak Marinade

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • ¾ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • tablespoon Ginger (fresh, chopped)
  • tablespoon Garlic (finely minced)
  • cup Brown sugar (dark)
  • cup Soy sauce (low sodium)

Instructions

  1. Combine vinegar, ginger and garlic. Heat to simmering.
  2. Add brown sugar, 1/4 cup at a time making sure it is dissolved before adding next batch.
  3. Remove from heat and add pineapple juice and soy sauce.
  4. Let cool. Add steaks and soak for 4 days.

Tips

Use fresh, ripe fruit for the best flavor.
