Steak Marinade

  Ingredients

      - ¾ cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1½ tablespoon Ginger (fresh, chopped)
- 1½ tablespoon Garlic (finely minced)
- 1¼ cup Brown sugar (dark)
- 1½ cup Soy sauce (low sodium)
Instructions
- Combine vinegar, ginger and garlic. Heat to simmering.
- Add brown sugar, 1/4 cup at a time making sure it is dissolved before adding next batch.
- Remove from heat and add pineapple juice and soy sauce.
- Let cool. Add steaks and soak for 4 days.
Tips
Use fresh, ripe fruit for the best flavor.
