Steaks with Roasted Garlic Butter

Serves 8

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 1 head Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the head of garlic in 8 inch square of foil and drizzle with oilve oil.
  2. Seal the foil and cook over indirect heat(or in a low oven) for 30-45 minutes.
  3. Squeeze out the garlic and mash.
  4. Combine with the mustard, butter and Worcestshire sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Rub steaks with your favorite steak rub.
  6. Grill and top with butter just prior to serving.
