Strawberry Party Loaf

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon Sugar
• 1 pound cake
• 1 pound Cheese (Ricotta)
• 2 ounce Chocolate (semi-sweet)
• ¼ cup Amaretto
• 1 cup Heavy cream
• ¼ cup Confectioner's sugar
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

1. In medium bowl, combine strawberries and sugar; let stand 20 minutes.
2. Stir in cheese and chocolate.
3. Cut cake, lengthwise, into 4 layers. Brush cake layers with amaretto.
4. Spread one cake layer with 1 cup cheese mixture.
5. In small mixer bowl, beat cream with confectioners' sugar and vanilla.
6. Spoon cream onto cake and frost. Garnish with whole strawberries.
