Sweet and Sour Meatloaf

  Ingredients

      - 1½ pound Ground beef
- 1 cup Bread crumbs (fine)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- 2 large Egg
- 1 tablespoon Onion (minced)
- 15 ounce Tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
Instructions
- Add half of the tomato sauce, reserving the other half.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
- Bring to boil and simmer for a few minutes.
- Remove meatloaf and drain off any fat. Cut into serving size slices.
- Pour sauce over top of slices and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
