Tim's Jerk Paste

Ingredients

- 1 large Onion (chopped)
- 4 clove Garlic (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
- ½ teaspoon Thyme
- ¼ teaspoon Cloves
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Rum (dark)
- 3 tablespoon Lime juice
Instructions
- Turn heat up and add salt, rum and lime juice.
- Simmer until liquid is absorbed.
- Rub paste on meat and let sit overnight.
