Ultimate Hot Fudge

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 12 ounce Evaporated milk
  • ½ cup Sugar (granulated)
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Corn syrup (light)
  • 12 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add everything except chocolate and vanilla in small sauce pan.
  2. Bring to boil using medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and add chocolate and vanilla.
  4. Add water to reach desired thickness.
