Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 5 pound Pork butt
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper (crushed)
  • 2½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon Water

Instructions

  1. Mix together all spices with water.
  2. Mix into meat and let sit overnight.
  3. Stuff into links or leave bulk for patties.
