Waffles

Ingredients

  • cup Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 5 tablespoon Oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. You can use buttermilk in place of regular milk in this recipe.
  2. In separate bowl, beat eggs for 1 minute. Add milk and vanilla.
  3. Add wet mixture to dry mixture. Beat only until well blended.
  4. Add oil or butter and beat until well blended.
  5. Makes about 2 1/2 cups of batter.
