      - 1½ cup Flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoon Oil or melted butter
Instructions
- You can use buttermilk in place of regular milk in this recipe.
- In separate bowl, beat eggs for 1 minute. Add milk and vanilla.
- Add wet mixture to dry mixture. Beat only until well blended.
- Add oil or butter and beat until well blended.
- Makes about 2 1/2 cups of batter.
