Wheat-less Pizza Crust

  Ingredients

      - 1 head of cauliflower cut into 1 - 2 inch pieces
- ΒΌ cup olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350.
- Steam or boil cauliflower pieces until soft. About 20 minutes
- Drain and mash until smooth.
- Add oil, eggs and mozzarella cheese.
- Coat pizza pan and spread crust evenly.
- Bake 20 minutes.
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
