Wheat-less Pizza Crust

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into 1 - 2 inch pieces
  • ΒΌ cup olive oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Steam or boil cauliflower pieces until soft. About 20 minutes
  3. Drain and mash until smooth.
  4. Add oil, eggs and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Coat pizza pan and spread crust evenly.
  6. Bake 20 minutes.

Tips

Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
